Mobile App Team Performance Dashboard
To view a consolidated profile card for each of my team members on the mobile app that includes their basic details, HR discipline metrics, and real-time sales performance,
So that I can easily track their daily, monthly, and yearly productivity, monitor their field activities (beats), and identify any attendance issues at a glance.
1. UI & Navigation:
- The screen must be titled "Team Performance" with a red header.
- The header must include a "Back" arrow to return to the previous screen and a "Home" icon to navigate to the main dashboard.
- The screen should display a vertically scrollable list of individual employee cards.
2. Employee Profile Card (Header Section):
- Each employee card must display the following basic information clearly:
- Employee Name and Region/Code (e.g., Emp Sales 2 60 (RJ)).
- Contact details: Email Address (clickable to launch email client) and Phone Number (clickable to launch dialer).
- Department (e.g., Dept: Sales).
- Assigned routes/areas listed as "Beats" (e.g., Beat 001, Mansarovar).
3. HR Discipline Accordion (Collapsible/Expandable):
- The card must feature an expandable section titled "HR Discipline" accompanied by a user icon.
- When expanded, it must display the following attendance metrics:
- Check In Missed: (Must display a numerical count, not "null").
- Check Out Missed: (Must display a numerical count).
- Leave Applied: (Must display a numerical count of leaves taken/applied).
4. Check Performance Accordion (Collapsible/Expandable):
- The card must feature an expandable section titled "Check Performance" accompanied by a lightning bolt icon.
- When expanded, it must display key sales and operational metrics broken down by timeframes (Today / MTD - Month to Date / YTD - Year to Date or LTD - Life to Date):
- Revenue: Displayed in a specific currency format (e.g., Lakhs - "L").
- Sale Order: Count of orders generated.
- My Sale Visit: Count of field visits completed.
- Retailer: Count of retailers onboarded or visited.
5. Partner Performance Navigation:
- At the bottom of each employee card, there must be a primary blue button labeled "Partner Performance".
- Tapping this button must navigate the user to a detailed view of that specific employee's performance metrics regarding their assigned partners or distributors.
